An idea to save homeowners time and money.
As a landscape professional and the owner of a full service design and installation company, Sunset Landscape & Design, Inc. that has been servicing the Seattle area for almost 25 years, I know just how you feel! Many times homeowners have called me to redesign, remove, and replace poorly planned projects that either they or perhaps not so reputable landscapers installed.

Over the years I’ve thought, “if only there was a way I could give people the assistance they need before they spend wasted time and money by helping them avoid planting mistakes.” One day last winter I came up with an idea. What if I could package what I do and present it to the homeowner in a simplified way that would save them time and money?

Sharing our idea with others, excitement grew and an idea became a reality.
Excitement grew as we shared our idea with family, friends, and business associates. We knew we were on to something. May 2003, along with my wife Patti and our good friends Tom and Mary Fitzgerald, we took the plunge. It is with much enthusiasm that we our proud to introduce you to our new company, SimplyTerra.
